YODUN collects the information you provide when you apply for membership, RSVP to events, donate, or contact us: names, contact details, county of residence, household details for family memberships, and payment records.

We use this information only to administer membership, communicate with you, and meet our legal and financial obligations. We never sell your data. Card payments are processed by Zeffy; YODUN never stores card numbers.

Access is limited by role: content volunteers cannot see financial records, and finance volunteers see only what they need to reconcile payments. Public maps show county-level totals only and hide small counts.

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data from your member portal (Privacy & data).
